Paul is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Athletic Trainer

With over eight years of experience helping athletes improve performance, recover from injury, and build long-term resilience. He previously served as the Head Athletic Trainer and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Northern Cyclones Hockey organization, where he specialized in injury triage, rehabilitation programming, and performance development.

With a background in ice hockey, Paul developed a strong foundation in athletic performance, movement efficiency, and functional training. That experience has transitioned naturally into his work with golf athletes at Tour Physio and Performance, where he focuses on improving strength, mobility, and rotational power to enhance performance on the course.

Paul’s coaching style is practical, structured, and results-driven. He believes training should fit into real life, designing efficient programs that help clients stay consistent whether they are training in the gym, at home, or on the road. Outside of coaching, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and bringing that same appreciation for movement and performance into his approach with clients.
