Our Approach

Hands-On Care Meets Loaded Strength Work.

Great PT isn't just one thing. It's clinical hands-on treatment, intentional loading, and real return-to-sport testing, all delivered by the same DPT, every session.

  • Manual therapy, joint mobilization, soft tissue work, dry needling, cupping when indicated
  • Loaded rehab, real strength training, not just band work
  • Movement retraining, fixing the pattern that caused the problem in the first place
  • Return-to-sport testing, objective markers, not just "feels better"

Frequently Asked

Questions We Hear A Lot.

Do you take my insurance?+
We are an out-of-network, cash-pay clinic by design. That is how we deliver 60 minutes 1-on-1 with your DPT every visit, zero prior auth, no visit caps, and a treatment plan built around your goals instead of billing codes. We provide a superbill for every visit that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many of our clients recoup a meaningful portion of their visit cost this way, depending on their plan. We walk you through the submission process on your initial call.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?+
In Massachusetts, direct access to physical therapy is available. You do not need a physician's referral to begin care with us. If your condition is complex or we feel another provider should be involved, we will coordinate that with you.
How long will my recovery take?+
It depends on the issue, how long you have had it, and your goals. We give you an honest estimate at your evaluation. Simple cases often resolve in 4 to 6 visits. More complex post-op or long-standing issues can take longer. We will not stretch a plan out, and we will not discharge you before you are ready for what you want to do.
What makes you different from the clinic down the road?+
Three things. First, every session is 60 minutes 1-on-1 with your DPT, not a tech. Second, we treat you based on where you want to return to, not just where insurance says we have to stop. Third, we are integrated with a full performance team, so when you are ready to transition out of rehab, you can walk 20 feet down the hall and keep building.
I'm not a golfer. Is this clinic for me?+
Yes. "Tour Physio" is our name because golf is where we started, but about half of our PT patients are not golfers. We treat athletes, runners, lifters, parents, and anyone active who wants to stay that way.
Can I do dry needling or cupping here?+
Yes. Dry needling, cupping, and soft-tissue work are part of our manual-therapy toolkit when indicated. We use them to support, not replace, the loaded rehab and movement retraining that drive long-term results.
