CHALLENGE STRENGTH & BALANCE 🔥 Single leg kettlebell goblet squat⠀
⠀
1️⃣ begin standing on one leg with foot pointing straight ahead ⠀
2️⃣ maintain a straight back, keeping weight over the ball of the foot⠀
3️⃣ raise the non-supporting foot slightly ⠀
4️⃣ hinge at the hips lowering into a squat ⠀
5️⃣ start with small range squats and over time you can progress lower if comfortable & can also hold a weight for added intensity ⠀
*Try for 10 on each leg. Rest. Repeat for 3 rounds ⠀

2️⃣ tighten core for added stability ⠀
3️⃣ lift one leg while maintaining level hips and HOLD⠀
4️⃣ lift OPPOSITE arm bent at the elbow ⠀
5️⃣ allow movement to come from squeezing the shoulder blade back⠀

👉🏼When physically and mentally challenged, in yoga and golf it comes down to breathing which helps to control the nervous system. Learning breathing techniques can help manage your energy during your good and bad shots ⠀

LIVING AN ACTIVE VS PASSIVE LIFE⠀

INCREASE INTENSITY 🔥 Double leg rebound jump to box⠀
⠀
1️⃣ what you need: a plyo box or something that you can safely jump up onto and land smoothly with confidence ⠀
2️⃣ begin at the foot of the box with a rebound hop ⠀
3️⃣ right after you land from the rebound hop, jump onto the box⠀
4️⃣ aim for a soft landing ⠀
5️⃣ step off and repeat 10 times and try for 3 sets⠀

2️⃣ Try your best at the shot you are about to play. You cannot change how you previously shot, or your future shots but only the present one. 👊🏼⠀

3️⃣ Have a pre-shot routine for every shot. What does yours consist of? Visualization? 👀 Breathing techniques?💨⠀

4️⃣ Have a strong course-strategy. It’s part of the game to miss the target, so by factoring in any decisions on how you approach your shots is a good idea. 💥⠀

5️⃣ Control your reactions. A negative reaction towards a shot can effect your performance on future shots so aim for positive intentions. 🗣⠀
