What should I wear and bring?+
Wear comfortable athletic clothes and shoes you can move in. Bring the clubs you play most and any notes on past injuries or surgeries.
What if I have pain or an injury?+
That is exactly why every assessment starts with a medical history review. If something needs treatment first, we will tell you and can handle it in-house.
Is this for juniors too?+
Yes. We assess juniors with age-appropriate testing. Book a time above and let us know your athlete's age, or see our junior program.
